Trevor Watkins is an international businessman experienced in global trade and real estate. He is invested in Cayman Islands and has been resident since 1999.
Is a 31-year resident of Grand Cayman and a property professional of 36 years, Jeremy holds a BSc Hons Degree in Land Development Studies from UCL and is the President and owner of IRG-International Realty Group Ltd., a leading real estate agency specializing in luxury and mid-end residential markets, commercial sales, leasing and management and development consultancy. He is a director of the CityVest group a property holding and development company and serves on the Global Advisory Board of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
Has been an investor in the Cayman Islands commercial property market since 2006 and has been a successful developer in Europe since the late nineties having originally trained as a lawyer in the UK. He ran a significant property development fund responsible for numerous projects in emerging markets in Europe and the Caribbean including a 95 condominium development in St. Kitts. He is an expert in development feasibility, planning and programming and will act as an advisor to the Harbour Walk project team.
Sebastian is a 30-year construction and development industry professional with a background of managing major projects including Canary Wharf, London and major resorts in the Bahamas and, most recently, the Silver Reef development in St. Kitts.
Polly is responsible for the Harbour Walk administration services, marketing, sales reservation and contract coordination and compliance services.
Matt has extensive experience in field engineering and management including major U.K and high-profile contracts in the Caribbean. Skilled in all aspects of site management including value engineering, procurement, contract management, quality control/quality assurance and programming of works.
IRG are providing a range of services to Harbour Walk development project including coordination of the marketing launch, ongoing marketing services and sales and leasing campaign. IRG will use its sales, leasing and property management expertise to market Harbour Walk to the local and as appropriate to the international property markets.
GHDL are providing financial planning and accounting services to the Harbour Walk development.
